In order to strengthen the implementation of various existing employment and entrepreneurship support policies, On August 3, "Hainan Province Employment and Entrepreneurship Policy campaigns" was held in ZOSE Group which is hosted by Hainan Provincial Bureau of Human Resources Development and Hainan Public Service Center for Small and Micro Enterprises. Liu Xiaojun, Director of the Employment Guidance Department of Hainan Provincial Bureau of Human Resources Development, Hong Shengfu, Lin Sensen, Liu Dehuan, Li Yongjia, staff member of Hainan Provincial Bureau of Human Resources Development, and Vice Director of Hainan Public Service Center for Small and Micro Enterprises Li Yongzhen, executive deputy director of the SME Service Center, Chen Qing, and Qin Jiming, vice chairman of Hainan ZOSE Group, Zhang Zhao, CFO of Hainan ZOSE Group , and Jie Junwu, executive director of Hainan ZOSE Group attended the meeting. The two sides have made detailed communication and exchanges on the employment and entrepreneurship policies, and accurately pushed all kinds of employment policies that enterprises can enjoy, and raised the awareness rate of workers and employers on employment and entrepreneurship policies.
At the symposium, Director Liu Xiaojun gave a key explanation on the employment subsidy fund support policy and the unemployment insurance fund benefit policy for enterprise, so that enterprises can further understand the employment support policy and be familiar with the policy subsidy declaration procedure.
Director Jie Junwu introduced the company's situation, talent distribution and employment needs. Chairman Qin Jiming said that the policy interpretation and case sharing have benefited the company. He expressed his appreciate for the “policy to the grassroots” activities and said that he will further understand the policies related to employment.
